Arabian Cement Company is the leader company in the kingdum in producing the cement, they have five filling and packing machines.
The aim of this project was to supply, engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of new automation system to the five autopacking machines.
The proposed system has the capability to control the autostacking process of the produced bags on the trucks, with full automatic function without need to workers.
The produced bags will be fed to the auto stacking machine through coveyor belts, and the auto stacking machine will control the position of each bag in the layer, number of layers in each row and number of rows in the truck.
The advantages of this system:
- Uniform cement bags stacking on the truck.
- No need for workers.
- High stacking speed.
